Dear Esteemed Colleagues ,

Greetings from the Cardiological society of India.

We are delighted to welcome you all at the Cardioprevent 2025 conference being held in the historic and vibrant city of Indore. As the President of the Cardiological Society of India (CSI), I take immense pride in supporting this significant initiative that brings together renowned national and international experts with a shared mission—to address and mitigate the growing burden of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) in India.

India stands at a critical juncture in its battle against heart disease. With lifestyle changes, urbanization, and aging populations, the incidence of cardiovascular illnesses has reached alarming proportions. More than ever, there is an urgent need to shift our focus from treatment to prevention. This conference reflects our that very commitment.

The scientific program has been carefully curated to highlight the latest research, evidence-based practices, and innovative strategies for prevention. Topics will include primary and secondary prevention, lifestyle modification, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidaemia, impact of pollution, inflammation, early detection, public health interventions, and policy initiatives—all crucial elements in our collective fight against heart disease.

My heartiest congratulations to Dr Pancholia and his team for their efforts in organizing an excellent scientific program for the Upcoming CSI Cardio-Prevent congress in October in Indore, the beautiful and one of the cleanest city in India. Dr Pancholia and his team have organized an exciting and vigorous scientific agenda which promises to be covering wide ranging topics by well recognized authorities in the respective fields ofPreventive cardiology. Because of the recent advances in the diagnosis, risk assessment, and newer therapeutic strategies in Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and obesity etc it is of vital importance for the clinicians to advance &/or update their knowledge base in these areas. This conference will provide an excellent venue for such an opportunity to learn and exchange knowledge in all these areas.

It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to the forthcoming conference of CSI Cardio-prevent 2025 to be held at Indore, the cleanest city of India, on October 3th-4th, 2025.

In the last couple of decades, we have come to understand that the occurrence of cardiovascular disease has rapidly increased. Remarkable progress in science and healthcare has resulted in declines in morbidity and death rate from cardiovascular disease in the last ten years, largely driven by progress in the prevention and treatment of persons at risk. It focuses on mitigating cardiovascular disease through lifestyle changes, risk factor management, and early intervention, recognizing that majority of CVD cases are preventable.

CSI Cardio Prevent 2025 will provide a platform where new data will be shared, allowing you to enhance your practice decisions, and also a chance to spark collaborations among all the delegates and peers in cardiology. Your participation will enrich your existing knowledge with a fully immersive experience. The Chairman Scientific Committee and members have structured the program for discussion on the existing point of view and future directions for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

It is a matter of great pleasure that Cardiological Society of India and its preventive cardiology council is organizing the 6th national conference on preventive cardiology, “CSI-CARDIOPREVENT 2025” on 4 and 5 October 2025 at Indore to be hosted by CSI-Indore chapter with the theme “Road to The Healthy Heart”. This will provide a complete programme for cardiologists, physicians, general practitioners, basic scientists, young researchers, policymakers and allied health professionals such as our colleagues in physiotherapy, psychology, nursing and nutritional science to enhance their knowledge, advance their skill and apprise them of the latest development in their direct and related fields of activity. The mission is to improve the quality of life and longevity through better prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases.

The city of Indore has been declared for 8 consecutive years as the cleanest city of India. Indore is also known for its hospitality and delicious food, exerts a significant impact upon commerce, finance, media, art, fashion,research, technology, education, and entertainment and has been described as the commercial capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh. From the desk of organizing secretary, CARDIOPREVENT 2025

It is a moment of great pleasure and honor that this year Indore, the cleanest city of India and the city which is surrounded by many religious places, is going to host 6th national conference on preventive cardiology CARDIOPREVENT 2025 to be held on October 4-5th, 2025. This is an annual conference of cardiological society of India and its preventive cardiology council.

Cardiovascular diseases are rampantly increasing day by day and it’s not hidden fact anymore. Once, preventive cardiovascular diseases were limited to a particular age group, it is now affecting young populations. It is very common to see young myocardial infarctions and its related mortality and morbidities. Diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, strokes, obesity etc all are increasing at high rate. These are responsible for making nation unhealthy and creating a huge financial burden on country.

This conference aims to discuss in depth about life style related diseases, their early diagnosis, treatment, and preventive measures at earliest where experts from around the nation and abroad will share knowledge, experience, updated guidelines and new treatment approach to make impactful approach to help in cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment, and possible cure.

I, as an organizing secretary for CARDIOPREVENT 2025, wish to welcome you all at this cleanest city of India. Indore is an economical city of Madhya Pradesh. It is well connected city and has many places in and out to visit to get a unique diverse blended experience of religious, historical and spirituality.
